We practice every Thursday at 6:30PM, March to June and September to December at Zem Zem Shrine.
We welcome new members with any level of skill.

Our goal for 2024 is to acquire more members in order to survive. All woodwind and brass instruments are needed. Clarinets, saxophones, flutes, trumpets, trombones, baritones, tubas and percussion. Music played is mid-level degree of difficulty.
Masons, women as well as teenagers are encouraged to join.
Concerts are played throughout the year, plus optional participation riding on a float in parades is possible.
Socializing is available in Zem Zem Well before and after practice.

The Zem Zem Cycle Corps was chartered in January 1983. Thirty-seven years later its members continue to participate in parades, assist with Shrine events, and support the Shriners Hospital for Children - Erie Unit. We Ride So Children Can Walk.
Our Cycle Corps unit rides Honda Shadow VLX motorcycles in parades and other functions. We practice maneuvers and drills so that we can really put on a great show for the public while raising money for the Shriners Hospital

The Director’s Staff is the initiating body of the Zem Zem Shrine. It is under the direction of President Ed Ferris and our purpose is to welcome the new candidates for membership into the Shrine. We will continue to raise funds for the Shrine Hospital and keepour truck in top shape for the shrine parade season this coming year.

The Legion of Honor along with the Divan will be sponsoring a dinner to honor all Veterans at the November meeting of the Legion of Honor. The Divan has agreed to provide the food, and the Legion of Honor will provide two drinks for each person attending, after the two drinks it will be a cash bar. The menu will be Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Sloppy Joes, Baked Beans, Macaroni and cheese and a tossed Salad.We will have cookies for dessert. We are extending this invitation to all the Shriners. Wives/Significant others are also invited. The dinner meeting will be held on November 13th at the Temple. Social time from 6-6:30 PM. Commander's welcome followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and grace at 6:30 then we will eat. RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST. The Patrol’s monthly Business meeting is at 7:30 p.m., sharp, on this Thursday October 23rd. The Patrol is a Parade Unit but we no longer ride lawn tractors. We ride in style now on the large Hartman Golf Cart plus other modes of perambulation, i.e. feet, other motorized carts, carrying flag. We proudly lead the Zem Zem Units in parades. Captain Richard Brine (814 833 5007) and Co-Captain Paul Lukjanczuk (814 323 0871) will direct our activities in parades.

The Zem Zem Motor Patrol will support the Potentate and the Zem Zem Shrine in all activities. We will continue to raise awareness and funds for the Shriners Hospital for Children. A large part of the outlook for the Motor patrol in 2022 is membership! Not just for our group but the Zem Zem Shrine in general. Let’s remember why we do this, and the more members we have the more fun we can have doing it…
